Venue matching

Our catering service can help you find the perfect venue for your special event. Tell us your needs, and we’ll find a venue that matches your expectations. We take everything into consideration including size, location, facilities, and decor to find the perfect match for your occasion. We’ll even check the venue’s temporary liquor licensing applications for the premises.

Menu design

Our catering specialists can help you come up with the perfect food selection for your event. We offer a diverse range of canapé, BBQ, beverage, and buffet menus to cater for your food requirements. Pick and choose which options you like from our range, and we can tailor a menu that suits your venue, guests, budget, and event type.

We can also cater to strict dietary requirements. Just let us know what ingredients or allergies we need to take into consideration, and we can adjust menu items without sacrificing taste.

Our team

We can provide a talented and experienced team of professionals to cater at your venue. Bartenders, waiters, chefs, and BBQ chefs can be at your disposal to cook and serve menu items. An industry standard minimum booking time of 4 hours applies to all staff available for Devour It venue bookings.

The number of staff you need can depend on the size of your event and the complexity of the menu being served. A small finger food event may only require two team members while an event for over 50 guests will require additional team members.

Your assigned Functions Coordinator will work out the best staffing combination that suits your budget, menu and event size.

Equipment

When you book a venue with Devour It, you can also get access to a wide range of function equipment. Enhance the atmosphere of your venue with linen, furniture, and heating equipment. Serving equipment such as plates and glasses can also be hired.

Do you require additional event styling, entertainment, or even a marquee hire? Your dedicated Functions Coordinator can offer some great suggestions for services that will suit your venue. When your event is over, you won’t need to worry about cleaning or returning the equipment you hired. Our equipment hire service includes pick up and delivery of all items used for the event.

Delivery

Delivery charges for your catering package are worked out according to the distance travelled from our kitchen in Kensington. Your delivery charge will be detailed in your initial quote for a booking.
