You can hire chefs and catering assistants to set up the BBQ grill, and cook the items to perfection. They will assist you with the service of the food, then clean up afterwards. they will even take away the rubbish for you!
BBQ hire is also available for any staffed BBQ event, so you can pretty much choose any outdoor spot in Melbourne to hold your celebration.
If you want to pass off our fabulous food as your own, we can deliver the meats, salads, bread and condiments to you ahead of your guest’s arrival, and you can receive all of the praise.
Catering for dietaries:
Dietary requirements these days are more common than not, and caterers are used to providing alternate menus so nobody misses out. BBQ menus are very adaptable for dietaries, and there are a wide range of gluten free, vegetarian, vegan, dairy free, nut free, etc. options that can be included in any menu. A separate menu will prepared for the dietaries, and the BBQ grill is cleaned down between each item cooked to avoid cross-contamination.
